My family is my life, completely. They just really are my favorite people ever and make me laugh all day long. I think I must have the funniest kids and husband around! My family is a blended one with a "yours, mine, and ours" style. Its been a learning process for us all but I am proud to say that we all take our lessons with ease and only a few minor battles. (Remember 4 kids and that means to many chiefs not enough Indians!) What's most important is that we remember that we may have a few battles here and there but that doesn't mean that we are at war. Especially against each other
With my family comes a hubby, 3 daughters and one son, who is Autistic. The craziest thing is that our son is the least maintenanced out of all the girls! Geez, whats that say about us ladies! HA! He has such a special place in my heart and I feel so blessed to be his mommy. If everyone had his heart our world would really be a better place. And boy! The things that he says will crack you up. I even thought about adding a page of his sayings. Well, actually I think I just might!
So now that you know who I love the most in my life I thought that I also would use this page to add WHAT I love and my must haves. I'm a pretty free spirited person so these might change from time to time so bear with me!
- Okay right now I am totally obsessed with the magazine Real Simple. They have the best ideas and recipes to help simplify your life. They even send you daily emails on each of these. Also if you sign up online you get a free magazine and a years subscription for only $23.88! If bought on stand its $4.99 an issue, so you do the math and see the great deal they offer you!
- I have so many fav spots to eat here in St.Louis but lately for some reason (ok for MANY reasons) every time I am asked where I want to go grab a bite to eat I always say Local Harvest Cafe. They are located at 3137 Morgan Ford Rd St Louis MO 63116. LHC is a green and organic restaurant that promotes local small farms, earth friendly products/packaging, and so much more! - I love music, all kinds of music!! I am the type of person that will have a rap, folk, and showtunes on one playlist. With that being said my new favorite website that I am on daily is Panodra. I love that I type who/genre that I like and they make my own personal radio station They even add some random artists in the mix that I end up liking more than my original selection! Seriously Pandora really rocks!! I suggest everyone try it out!
